Application Process

1. Surface Preparation

For Fresh/New Surfaces: Allow the surface to cure properly. Ensure it is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, or any contaminants.

For Previously Painted Surfaces: Remove all loose and flaking paint using sandpaper or wire brushing. Fill cracks, pores, and damages with suitable filler or apply 2-3 coats of putty for a smooth finish. Sand the surface smooth and allow to dry completely. Cover furniture, switchboards, and other elements with plastic sheets for protection.

2. Priming

Apply one coat of recommended interior primer to ensure better adhesion, coverage, and enhanced paint durability. This step is especially important for new or porous surfaces. Allow the primer coat to dry completely before proceeding with paint application.

3. Paint Mixing and Dilution

Stir the paint thoroughly before use to ensure uniform consistency. For brush or roller application, dilute with approximately 400 ml of water per liter of emulsion. Mix well and ensure the thinned material is used within the same day for optimal results.

4. First Coat Application

Apply the first coat evenly using brush, roller, or spray application. Maintain uniform spreading to avoid patchiness and ensure consistent coverage. The cross-linking polymer technology will begin forming the protective, washable film. Allow adequate drying time of 20-30 minutes for surface dry (timing depends on weather conditions).

5. Second Coat Application

After the first coat has dried (wait 6-8 hours for hard dry), apply the second coat to achieve optimum color depth, sheen, and finish uniformity. This second coat enhances the fragrance effect and maximizes stain resistance and washability.

6. Final Curing and Maintenance

Ensure environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity are suitable during application and drying for best results. Allow the paint to cure completely before cleaning or washing the walls. Once cured, the Easy Clean Fresh surface can be easily maintained by wiping with a damp cloth to remove stains and marks, keeping your walls looking fresh and beautiful day after day.
