Application Process
1. Surface Preparation
Ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dust, grease, oil, loose particles, or flaking paint. Repair major cracks or damaged areas with suitable filler material. The surface should be slightly damp before putty application.
2. Mixing
Gradually add Bison Wall Putty powder into clean water while stirring continuously. Mix thoroughly to achieve a smooth, lump-free, workable paste. Avoid preparing excessive quantity that cannot be used within working time.
3. First Coat Application
Apply the first coat evenly using a putty knife or trowel. Spread uniformly to fill pinholes and surface irregularities. Allow to dry for approximately 4–6 hours.
4. Second Coat Application
Apply a second coat if required to achieve better smoothness and leveling. Allow the surface to dry completely before sanding or painting.
5. Painting
After complete drying, lightly sand if required and apply suitable primer and paint system for best finish and durability.
